Great Experience for a Miserable Task

The only con that I have every year is that after finishing an area you have to go through the complete summary to see what you just entered. Why not turn that around?
What's great about it: Very detailed and I liked the questions and reviews
What's not so great: Every review sent you to the bottom of the return summary.

2013 Tax Time with Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and have found it to be a great way to get the annual tax reporting done. This year the program was detailed and complete, but a bit slow. Also if you clicked the back key and then next - it did not take you back to where you were.
Overall a great product that I would reccomend.
What's great about it: Easy to use and covers all the points. Makes doing you taxes easy without the need for paying high account fees.
What's not so great: This year the program was a bit slow and froze up once.

Turbo Tax was great.
What's great about it: Done at my convenience, fast paced or slow paced.
What's not so great: Since my job changed I had to take a better look at the deductions.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

You still have our loyalty but the rules in your mandatory feedback review are aggravating
What's great about it: TTax remains thorough and fully integrated in its approach to filing taxes
What's not so great: A form that was not included in the federal return program was not included and took too long to receive

I have been using Turbotax for about 10 years now, I do not know why anyone would use anything else.

Very slow, confusing entries, was concerned with final filing as to the accuracy. Chances of using again could be minimal. Your product is moving people to other resources for accuracy and verification of tax entries. I have used the product for years, but it is getting worse.
What's great about it: Not many
