I couldn't e file and noticed that many of your other customers had the same problem. This is something you need to fix. As I mentioned before, please let me select what i wish to print. Other than that the program worked well.
What's great about it: The program took me quickly through US and 2 state returns.
What's not so great: I do not want to print all 46 pages of the returns I filed. Must be an easier way to print what you need..
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great experience

I used this for my elderly mother who is in a nursing home. TurboTax guided me through everything and made me feel confident that the returns both federal and state were complete and accurate.
What's great about it: Easy, convenient

Overall, product is user friendly and explanations are clear, precise and up to date.
What's great about it: This just keeps getting better every year.
What's not so great: Can't go back and change a donation name

My patieince with the IRS

Overall, I have been using Turbotax for over 10 years, and was still satisfied. I was recommended to use Turbotax Premium, but I ignored it this time and had no problems with Deluxe. Some of the worksheets are still a mystery, but I think that is probably thats the way IRS has it set up.
What's great about it: I used all the guides that were available, and it was easy
What's not so great: Print for review still scary; but I did nor have as much a probl. I added another charity deduct, but refund was same.

Why would you do it any other way!

I love the intuit TurboTax product! I have been using it for years and it has never let me down. It gets easier each year. I can't remember the last time that I had my taxes prepared by anyone else. So much information is accessible directly from the program, why would you? I'm a TurboTax lifer!
What's great about it: Easy.. Easy.. Easy.. Accurate and fast!
What's not so great: Never had any with me!

Turbo Tax combined with QuickBooks Pro

The ease of doing S-Corp Taxes and Personal Taxes w/TurbTax and QuickBooks Pro rocks !!!! I've used for years and for me hands down the best....,
What's great about it: Quickbooks Pro and Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Absolutely None
