NICE AND EASY

I HAVE BEN USING TURBO TAX FOR YEARS, IT IS EASY TO USE AND UNDERSTAND. iT MAY HELP TO HAVE A SEARCH BOX ( IF YOU ALREADY DO I DID NOT SEE IT).
What's great about it: WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING
What's not so great: SOME QUESTIONS CAME UP

Check out procedure

Desired action was to Efile Feds with delayed check payment, and Efile State for electronic funds deposit.
E-file Feds goes into a create a link to credit card and Intuit account.
Chose not to follow this path. Aborted efile and used a tree.
What's not so great: Failed to E-file when Owe Feds and Get State

The only problem was that the return locked up on 3 different occasions but after that it was ok

Simple and Helpful

This is my third year using TurboTax and I really like it - it's very simple, and whenever I have a question the TurboTax people are helpful and work their hardest to solve any problem I may have. It's so nice having access to knowledgeable people. Totally worth the money to buy/download the program (in my opinion) over doing them by hand.
What's great about it: Simple, easy to do, helpful staff
What's not so great: Honestly, none

After paying for my taxes and having less the stellar service, it is nice to know that I can do the job on my own with no problems and perfect customer service.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Mac version a little harder to navigate when switching from windows
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It is Easy and Complete

The use of Turbo Tax has made the gruesome adventure of filing one's taxes a simple and almost enjoyable task. The explanations are very helpful when you get into an unusual item that you do not know how to handle or don't quite understand.
The part that makes it easiest is that it directs you when you need it and lets you go on your own when you don't.
It is a great help when you can compare things to what you did last year, giving you the comfort that you are still on the right track this year and didn't forget something.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and very complete
What's not so great: none that I've come across yet
Pros: I bought or sold investments
