Drove me nuts at the end

Turbo Tax worked well until the end when it was time to print, the directions became confusing and sent me to a site where I was expected to buy a special PDF program.
There should have been a simple PRINT choice that would have printed the files. Instead, It became confusing and complicated at that point. I suggest a review of this part by someone who is not familiar with computers and computer terminology. This should be made simple enough for those of use who are not totally at ease with computers.

Would never attempt to go it alone, TT provides the guidance and reassurance needed to deal the these forms and filing requirements.
What's great about it: Step by Step with help if needed.
What's not so great: Getting around the returns is complex, but so is the 1040 from the IRS.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use product

I have used TurboTax for 12 years. It is a good product and easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to go through all parts of the return and the filing process
What's not so great: If you look at a section to see if it applies, it gets added automatically and you have to remove it in review

TT2013 Seemed Faster!

Overall, great program! I've used it for years and it makes filing taxes easy! Highly recommend.
What's great about it: It seemed to go faster this year
What's not so great: Had to install Mac software updates before I could e-file

good but not perfect

It took forever to figure out how to tell the program that my state pension was not taxable by Massachusetts. And I gave up trying to figure out how to tell the program the bank interest was from a MA bank. Also, it wanted to double count my Muni bond interest.
What's great about it: easy to use mostly
What's not so great: poor handling of state details
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This is the first time I've use Turbo Tax - my OMG moment for the day! Easy to use, easy to follow, easy to understand. Takes the stress out of doing taxes.
