OVERALL VERY SATISFIED
What's great about it: SCROLLING MUCH EASIER FOR CHANGES FROM PRIOR YEARS
What's not so great: DIRECT DEBIT/DEPOSIT DATA NOT USER FRIENDLY
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax has always been the sensible way to handle this complicated event every year. I don't agree with paying for state filing but I can understand why Turbo Tax would charge for that.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Thank you TurboTax Personnel for keeping the instructions and guides that are easy to follow, even when your (I'm) under the weather:). Look forward to doing business next year as well.
What's great about it: Been very ill and suffering from Headaches easy to follow instructions.
What's not so great: To many changes from Fed Gov that lessen my return:(

My taxes aren't very complicated this year, but they have sometimes been in past years. Turbo Tax walks me through unfamiliar territory in a logical way, enabling me to do it myself.
What's great about it: Easy to use, always appreciated.
What's not so great: I've had both State and Federal come back for additional amounts once or twice.

Excellent Tax Preparation Tools

The Deluxe edition walked me smoothly through the process of preparing and submitting taxes myself. I have been a TurboTax user for many years and the software seems to be more refined and simpler each year while retaining the similarities to previous products. Now with kids in college, I dreaded this year's preparation, but TurboTax guided me through the process in a matter of 150 minutes start to finish. Great job!
What's great about it: Straightforward, simplifies a complex function, reasonable cost
What's not so great: None I experienced

Big plus is that TTax calculates the taxable portion of social security income, which changes every year.
What's great about it: Data entry highlights last year's information, which speeds up the current year's data entry.
What's not so great: None
