very bad ddnt like at all
What's great about it: nothing worked right
What's not so great: updates wouldnt work and couldn't e file which is why i got the program

although it gives you an option to edit from specific catagories, if you entered something by accident it is not easy to backtrac through the program to correct it.
What's great about it: somewhat easy to use
What's not so great: difficult to get back to edit info

Made filing Taxes almost painless.

It takes the hassle out of going through a lot of calculations. It's less expensive than going to a tax prep firm. And the filing is quick!
What's great about it: Step by step, I don't have to worry about whether I missed something. Does all the calculations for you
What's not so great: Still time consuming, but it's probably inevitable

Great product for the money and it does all the learning and thinking. Al I do is answer questions and type in the numbers.
What's great about it: Makes the task of doing taxes easy.

easier than ever

very happy with the experience. software allows me to work on different areas and come back to finish as my information allowed. really like the auto download from all my work and financial accounts.

I am very frustrated with the inability to print my entire federal and state tax returns. There are pages that print with long blank spaces or partial information, and at the end of the document, the data is misaligned. .
What's great about it: easy to input information
What's not so great: having a bad time trying to print return for my files
