quick and easy as usual

state street 1099-r was very confusing and caused issues when trying to submit.
What's great about it: information was very helpful
What's not so great: 1099-r for retirement was confusing - when doing info from pbgc

Years of using TurboTax

I have been doing my personal taxes on the computer since the early '80's (with the MacInTax program). Each year the software becomes easier to use and more complete without becoming complex for the user. Little glitches appear with each revision but they are quickly addressed. I love it.
A 78-year-old user.
What's great about it: Simple, accurate, and complete

Good software, asks all the right questions

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 years, and each year seems to get a bit better.
My only complaint this year is that it is not immediately apparent how to file a state return by snail-mail. In previous years there was a "radio button" to select for "Mail My Return", but not this year. Needed to go to the "print center" to see how to print out a mailed copy.

I have used Turbo tax, since my first computer a IBM PS2 Mod 80 back in the early 90's, and since than the software is better, and easier to use every year. Thanks turbo tax. You are the best

Completing the Forms was Easier Than Ever

The process with Turbotax has always been easy. however, the download forms feature made entering information from the forest of forms my wife and I receive from our brokerage account much simpler and less time consuming, not to mention more accurate.
What's great about it: The download forms feature made the process much easier.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
