This my 5th or 6th year to use T-Tax and I love it.
What's great about it: Easy, easy, easy
What's not so great: None really

Had to change from a P C to a Mac, and was not able to access my last years info but it was easy to start all over.

you have made the program less user friendly. used to be able to make adjustments easier.

Very solid and easy to use tax software

I have used Turbo Tax software for many years and I really like the consistency and ability to import all my personal and tax return info from the previous year. I like the option to either go thru step by step or manually select which items you want/need to work on. I also like the guaranteed accuracy and the review at the end for any errors or inconsistencies.
What's great about it: Copies all my info from past year. Gives options.

I've been using TurboTax for years - and I would never do my federal or state returns by hand again. Saves hours of manual calculations and head scratching...lol
What's great about it: Love the step through process so I don't miss anything
What's not so great: Could have used better help with newer reporting requirements
