Overall my experience with Turbo Tax this year was very positive. I have been using Turbo tax for many years. It was easier this year to navigate Turbo tax and the instructions were straightforward. I did notice that I wasn't asked for addresses for new Charities this year. That was required last year. It would have been helpful if Turbo tax explained why addresses were not required. I always find Turbo Tax's review before filing to be helpful and reassuring.
What's great about it: Clear, concise instructions to facilitate filing
What's not so great: None come to mind

Overall this was a great experience. Hopefully I didn't mess up anywhere!
What's great about it: There were great explanations throughout the process and it seemed very simple.
What's not so great: Unknown prior knowledge of additional cost for additional state returns.

This is my 8th year using Turbo Tax. Really good for my tax situation (not too complex). Love the Step by Step process of walking through the tax return. Plus, if have questions, and always follow helpful links, or go to Forum.
What's great about it: Easy, thorough, quick refund

Tubotax continues to provide a product that is easy, comprehensive and efficient. My taxes are moderately complex, and TurboTax covers all facets of income and deductions. The ability to import data streamlines the process and eliminates the risk of errors and omissions.
What's great about it: Turbotax covered all possible incomes and deductions. The steps through the process were orderly and easy to follow.
What's not so great: A more detailed explanation of "other income" forms used for interest, dividends, etc. would be useful.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
