More confusing than ever!

I mistakenly entered that I'd traded my car when I stopped using it for business. But there seems to be no apparatus in this program to enable me to actually VIEW the erroneous form my mistake had generated, and make corrections to it or delete it. I spent too many frustrating hours trying to figure this out, and finally just sent the return, uncorrected. I have used Turbo Tax for about ten consecutive years, and this year's version is much more confusing and unwieldy than ever! You're trending in the wrong direction, folks! If I hadn't used Turbo Tax before with great results, I might have rated this program as "average". But since there is a distinct degeneration in the program, you have failed!
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: Very difficult to access forms, correct mistakes!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Rates #1

Turbo Tax is easy to use if you follow their instructions. I like the ability to download directly into the return saving me time in having to type all the investment data which is confusing at times. With Turbo Tax, it all goes in the right place with no worry.
What's great about it: Accurate as always
What's not so great: Had an error on summary page which didn't affect return

The updates this year seemed pretty extensive for our return. All information transfered from last year which saved time. I didn't feel lost once. We like the audit defense option. I'm not a cpa or office type so simple works best for me. It was.
What's great about it: auto info transfer
What's not so great: i 'm still scared of an audit even though we go with audit defense
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Transferring from Quicken

I've been using TurboTax for 25 years. One year I used a competitor's product. It just didn't measure up to TurboTax. Overall the program is excellent. I wish there were better instructions for transferring data from Quicken. When using the interview method, I sometimes find that I am entering data that could have been transferred.
What's not so great: Instructions for transferring data from Quicken are less than satisfactory.

Turbo Tax Almost Perfect

Last year there was a big delay while TurboTax resolved e-filing problem for iMac. This year, a similar problem. I had to shut down & restart in order for e-filing to work. Otherwise a great program.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Filing Glitch with Mac

taxes made easy

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and I find it straight forward to use. Over the years, depending on my tax situation, I have used all of the various TT packages. TT makes a complex and frustrating process fairly painless.
What's great about it: easy and mostly painless
What's not so great: fixing errors can be confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
