Almost glitch free

As usual, I had a very good experience doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. However, on the prompt asking me if I got first time homebuyer's credit, I accidentally clicked yes, and then couldn't figure out how to remedy the problem, even after referring to the help section. Instead of banging my head against the wall, I just had to start over. Disappointing.
What's great about it: easy to follow promps
What's not so great: Click a wrong box and you have to start over to correct it

In every aspect the Turbo tax is a splendid product. Keep up the good work in providing an more than excellent product

Simply the BEST

There's really no reason to try to save a couple of bucks on some "other" software to do your taxes. If you want it right and with easy to follow explanations, just stick with TurboTax. I tried a "famous" tax program last year and it was a nightmare. It started out great, but then there was a problem and I couldn't go forward. I tried e-mailing and calling, waited on hold for over an hour and a half, then got a response that someone would contact me within A WEEK. What? I had one question about a PROBLEM with their program. When I did get a call, 6 days later, the guy was clueless. So, I just ate the money I'd paid for that program, bought TurboTax and finished my return the next day. No brainer.
What's great about it: It works! No glitchy stuff and easy to follow.
What's not so great: Hmmm...can't think of any. I used other products and this one is by far the best.

This is my second year using it and I've been very happy. Got a decent return and didn't have to leave my living room.
What's great about it: Simple, Fast, Thorough

The program was very intuitive and easy to follow for both beginners and those who know tax preparation.
It could be improved by adding a comparison tool that allows a screen shot view of the refunds for MFJ vs, MFS

What's great about it: The program is very easy to follow and also allows the opportunity for experienced people to move at their own pace
What's not so great: There was no option to conduct a MFJ vs, MFS comparison within the return

Great Product

Overall this is a very good product for completing your tax return. The product is very thorough covering all of the items that I have needed in years.
What's great about it: Very thorough. Allows me to do return quickly.
What's not so great: Difficulty sometimes drilling back into a previous entry for deduction
