This is my third year of using TurboTax, and it has worked well for me.
What's great about it: seems to have worked

Overall, I like the product, but a little more user friendly please.
What's great about it: The format is mostly easy to follow, but if I hadn't had some interface with terminology, I'd be lost.
What's not so great: Need a printed copy and couldn't find a place to get it done. The print preview didn't offer a place.

Taxes preperation made easy and fast

5 stars, I have used Turbo Tax for the last 12 plus years and will continue using it in the future. It is as easy as following as a bouncing ball.
What's great about it: Nothing I can say other than super easy

turbotax takes the frustration out of doing taxes. I have used turbotax for the last seven years and will continue, as long as it is easy and understanable to me.
What's great about it: the different categorys such as; income div,int, ect:
What's not so great: no cons

Intuit TurboTax is simply amazing. Been using this program for years, transferring from computer to computer. I'd be lost without it!
What's great about it: gets simpler every year
What's not so great: huh
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax made the job easy

Even though there was no refund this time, TurboTax gave me the information necessary to change my W-4s to ensure there will be a refund next year.
What's great about it: Easy to enter data and personal information
What's not so great: No refund this time

Less stress/more refund

Was faster than I expected, easier than expected and now I'm all done.
What's great about it: Easier than apple pie
What's not so great: IRS laws are confusing sometimes even Turbo Tax can't make it understandable.
