This is the worst turbo-tax ever! Well, since 2007 or so:
On a Mac:
-Didn't pull in data from last year, even though I used Turbo Tax 2012 to do those taxes...on the same computer!
-Took extra long to transmit the e-file
-Explanations for Health Savings account didn't help.
-Will look for an alternative to Turbo Tax in 2015...can it be worse?

What's great about it: Easier than hand-filling out forms
What's not so great: Didn't work well....worst turbo tax ever

It is easy to use and I like the back button. You don't lose anything if you go back.
What's great about it: covers all bases
What's not so great: the wording of somethings are hard to understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

For repeat customers, there should be an up-date version that you could purchase for the previous year instead of having to buy a new copy each year. I would like to see less copies of free federal e-file and include a free state-efile.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Must buy new copy each year

After about 10 years using Turbotax I am considering switching to another product because of a second or third year of glitches with your product. This year I was unable to transmit an electronic return. Your software suggested I search for updates. I searched again and again there were none but the returns (Fed and NJ) would not transmit. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Not a painful exercise!

We added a vacation home and investment in 2013. Data imported from Quicken was accurate, I checked it!
They did require me to upgrade from 2011, which is somewhat of an annoyance.

What's great about it: Easy to understand questions. It's almost impossible to miss stuff.
What's not so great: Delux version does not automatically enter stock transactions
