Overall it was a product that will be used again and recommended to others. It was user friendly and did not require any computer knowledge other than basic skills. I feel confident that it did the most for me.
What's great about it: Easy and smooth
What's not so great: minor inconvience in some areas

like the product ,very easy to use do not need to have a great understanding into taxes to complete a return.feel very confident that for a resonable fee,there is audit protection.
What's great about it: ease of use "very informative"
What's not so great: still using vista program loading not so great

Just love the sweetness

I think this is my 4th or 5th year using TurboTax. I may try the Mint to see if that will facilitate my using TurboTax even faster for next tax year.
What's great about it: I like being able to do my own taxes and of course the refund is sweet.
What's not so great: I just wish I could do it just a little faster, but that was due to some information that I didn't have ready available.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It has always been user friendly. It walks you through the process step by step. Makes doing your taxes a simple task even with investments, rollovers, itemizing, etc.
