AWESOME AND SO SIMPLE!!!!

Didn't really know if I was going to be able to do this myself but to my surprise this was so simple and easy my 13 year old son could use this.

I think I am just about done with TT. Just trying to print a form in my return was almost impossible. I couldn't even submit my return using TT because it said that I needed to update my TT (which I did) and I still couldn't submit my return. I submitted my federal and state returns on their online websites. I should of done that in the beginning and saved my time. It won't even allow me to do my son's and daughter's tax returns.
What's great about it: Installation was easy
What's not so great: Hard to navigate, no error help, hard to print, couldn't submit my tax returns using TT because of (unknown) error
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax since 2005 and I have been very pleased with the overall performance of the program.

Quick & Easy

TurboTax makes it easier than ever to do taxes. My only con is that for some reason when I move the program to a new PC TT does not move my prior year files. That may be user error rather than a TT issue.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, thorough
What's not so great: Hard to move old files to new PC

Simple is as simple does. Glad I used this product. It's not magic, but when you see the completed forms, it feels like it. A little pre-organization helps, but TurboTax does the heavy lifting.
What's great about it: A peaceful walk through the Valley of Tax Death
What's not so great: Deleting old contribution organizations required some jiggering on the forms during review.

Turbo Tax makes completing the tax process very smooth and has many products that are fine for tax time protection

Generally it is a very good program and have used it for years. It did seem like some of the updates and changes to how things are dun made it harder to fallow this year.
What's great about it: It walks you through it well.
What's not so great: Some of the explanations were a little vague
