So Easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for years; it makes filing a return so easy and guides you through the process so that you do not miss a thing!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

A little too easy

Even though Turbo Tax does what it advertises, makes filing your taxes very easy, I like to follow where the numbers flow to and be sure I have entered everything I am supposed to. Older versions make this very easy, but the last 2 years, it has become more hidden.
What's great about it: Simplified the filing of our taxe returns
What's not so great: Cannot easily see where the calculations go

Great way to file

It was so easy to use. It filled in my information from last year to save the time of filling everything in. It was also nice to have it transfer the information from the federal to the state.
What's great about it: So easy to use

Expect to take several hours to complete your return; organize before you begin to speed the process; overall a simple and positive process!!

Almost To Easy

Overall it was easy to use and covered a lot of issues. It was almost too thorough to a fault. I learned a lot by using the program to check all of the money saving possibilities. Next year when I use Turbo Tax it will be even easier and quicker to complete and submit my tax returns.
What's great about it: Ability to go back and make changes.
What's not so great: Some of the broker downloaded data was slightly changed so it made it difficut to verify entries.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Poor review

I ask why would I pay for this again as it did not work
I checked for updates, ran the program 3x and still no ability to e-file.
on a 1-10 1 being very weak I give it a 2 as I could not finish the job with out printing and mailing and now waiting longer.
What is your response ..... how about a free 2014 copy next year!

Logical and methodical

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It gets easier every year. Not all information from 2012 return was accessed by 2013 return. It would have made comparison of data easier.
What's great about it: Simple questions that guide responses
What's not so great: None significant
