Keeping it simple for me

I've used TurboTax for my taxes for years now and I can't imagine doing them any other way. I like how I can look up things if I have questions and that it walks me through everything.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through, let's you ask questions

Turbo Tax Saved Me $$ and time

Overall, taxes are hard work, Turbo Tax does make this job much easier, it offers assistance when you do not understand the reasoning behind the tax law, which I used quite a bit. Some forms were not user friendly, when it came to Donations, and sales tax, but I muddle through it. I did like the feature of calculating what donated items were worth, a great addition to the program. Its good to know we have you to assist us with taxes every year! Keep up the great work.
What's great about it: Walked me through all the steps and offered help with quick links
What's not so great: some forms were not user friendly, however I liked the ability to opt out
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I have used TurboTax for years and find it intuitive, comprehensive and easy to use. However, this year when I had problems with printing (I think an Adobe compatibility problem) and was switched to TurboTax, I signed in and all I could get were efforts to sell me TurboTax. Frustrating.
What's great about it: Easy to use, provides good guidance, transfer of relevant data from previous year
What's not so great: Printing help confusing

My Experience with Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2010. I really enjoy using this product. My only problem this year is that I was unable to transfer information from the 2012 return.
Hopefully, I will not have the same problem next year

What's not so great: Could not transfer information from last year's return
