Unexpectantly Good Experience

I had a more complex return than usual this year and had planned to use a tax service. However decided to try Turbo Tax to see how it would do. I was very surprised with the ease of going through the more complicated processes once I entered the first bit of information. I'm very happy I gave it a chance.
What's great about it: The questions were easier to understand than previous years, as well as more thorough.
What's not so great: One or two sections are still a bit confusing, but not too bad.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Used Turbo Tax for years. Really Great!

I love it and my (CPA) sister-in-law uses it as well. I'm confident that my taxes are done right and I'll have the information for next year to compare as well.
What's great about it: covers every thing!
What's not so great: Efile doesn't go through sometimes on first try.

Quick and easy. Make sure you keep your paperwork all year long (remember that if you have receipts to make copies of them so if the original fades you can still have/read it). This program walks you through everything you need!

Can highly recommend using Turb Tax.
What's great about it: Helped me organize my info for filing and preparing to file

For years, Turbo Tax has help me prepare our taxes. I always look forward each year seeing the new and improved updates that make filling ever easier.
What's great about it: Ease of Data Entry - Accuracy
