Turbo Turbotax

The only thing that would Turbotax any easier is if I could teach my cats to sit at the computer and fill in all the information for me.
What's great about it: Super easy to use. Have used for several years.

Another Year Succesfully Filing

I have been using TurboTax for 8 straight years and "almost" look forward to doing my taxes. The process improves each year and takes the worry of missing something out of the picture.
What's great about it: Step-by-step process works

Ok, but info did not transfer

The only problem this year is my information from last year did not transfer over. Other returns that I prepared for family members last year did transfer, but our return did not.

Super Easy!

TurboTax made the entire return so much easier than going somewhere, or meeting with a professional. The step by step guidance was amazing, and put our minds at ease at every point along the way. We were nervous to try out TurboTax for the first time this year, but we will never use anything else in the future! Thanks so much for this amazing service!

Better than last year but not great

Overall I would rate as average for 2013. Still needs improvement.
What's great about it: Auto transfer of dividends and interest better than last year
What's not so great: Kept asking for updates but there were none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

2013 Federal Taxes Done with TurboTax

I have used TT for more than 10 years. Each iteration of the tool gets easier to use, even though the Tax Law it supports gets more complicated.
The only thing that would make this process more simple than TurboTax, would be the abolishment of the tax laws and move to a simpler alternative.
Great job and thanks to the TT folks.

Many improvements from last year

I was going to try another product this year, reluctantly, but I failed to turn off the auto renewal. I was presently surprised to find that most of my issues were resolved. I had problems the last 2 years not being able to navigate inside the pop-ups because the windows had nothing in them (no buttons, no text, no images). This has been resolved by 90% this year.
I like the product and feel very comfortable using it. I am confident in my return.

What's great about it: Quick entry and navigation, easy to understand questions, easy to file. I am confident in my return!
What's not so great: There are still some areas where I am unable to see info in pop-up boxes - but many less than last year.
