As always, an excellent product. I've used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and always been confident in the final outcome....
What's great about it: goes through each area that needs scrutiny, and verifies you aren't filling out incorrectly
What's not so great: Are they all just jobbers for the Fed????? ;) kidding, no cons

I have used TurboTax for many years and it has always been simple to use and always up to date on the changes in the tax laws.

confusing

Income entry formats more confusing
Harder to do printing ie printing pin #s before filing
confusing just where the files go for saving, (didn't go to old file locations so years are together).
overall I hope the job got done!
What's great about it: some of older formats used
What's not so great: couldnt find printed files easily (pdf) format, instructions more confusing

It Only Gets Netter

As stated above, at times it was difficult to trace the origin of certain values from the tax forms to their origin. It was solved by manually searching a 150 page pdf file that contained the worksheets and calculations.
Otherwise, this program is great, simple to use and accurate
What's great about it: Easy to use, Downloaded my W2s, 1099s, etc.
What's not so great: Sometimes it is difficult tracing back the origin of values entered on tax forms.

If I can Do This Anyone Can!

Some people may actually enjoy doing their taxes. I don't and that's why I use TurboTax. It saves information from the previous year, eliminating the redundant work of re-entering pertinent data. If you choose, the software takes you through, step-by-step. If you are more experienced, you can select only the sections that pertain to your tax situation. One important thing I learned after I started doing my own taxes is to keep a folder for the tax year beginning on January 1 of the new year. Charitable deductions, business & medical expenses, property taxes paid, etc., should go in the folder throughout the year. Organizing this information ahead of time will make sure that you take advantage of all the deductions that TurboTax will review for you.
What's great about it: Saves time and money.
What's not so great: Really can't think of any...

I'm a turbo-tax addict. I wish we had to file monthly. Ok.. just kidding. But I do love it. Easy. Intuitive. No bugs
What's great about it: running total of my refund on the top
What's not so great: having to answer all the questions again when I revisit a topic

Disappointed to pay state
