Very easy to use!

We use TurboTax every year. It covers every detail of possible deductions and helps us make sure that we get the ones that we should be getting. It makes doing taxes as painless as possible!
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Ability to pick up where I left off and do the return when it works for me
What's not so great: None

Great Confidence Builder

Been using Turbotax for several years, and it always is reassuring to get the report that things add up correctly and I've provided the information required. There are still some places which require multiple trips through the detail, but the product seems to get easier every time.
What's great about it: Thorough Review
What's not so great: Sometimes repetitious

This year I decided to purchase the disc instead of doing it on line. I wasn't able to download my last years information which made the ordeal of filling everything out harder.
What's great about it: asked all sorts of questions
What's not so great: couldn't up load 2012 pdf or download from turbo tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax is super easy to navigate and walks you thru all pertinent deducts and income.
State E filing should be included.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: E file should include State for free

first time with pension distributions, 401k rollover, and social security distribution, so hand-holding was necessary and appreciated

Great customer service

Had problems remembering my user ID and password from previous years. Apparently, so did the csr have difficulty identifing my account. Spent 1/2 hour on the phone, resulting in receiving an email from customer service with all the answers I needed to file my Federal and state returns. Thank you Heather in Texas.
What's great about it: Heather in TX stayed with it until qujirks were resolved

Very helpful but calculations need to be checked

I've been using TurboTax for years and never had any problems with my taxes. This year however I noticed that when I skipped around (doing sections out of order while waiting for 1099's, etc) some calculations weren't made. For example, I needed to re-enter data and restart the Education Expenses section to trigger the final calculation.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Some calculations weren't performed the first time through
