Health Coverage Tax Credit, not enough or cleat information if I could take this credit.
Retired and Disable deduction, my wife is under 65 but is completely disable and receiving SSA disability payments but your software would not let me take this.
Taxes on a new vehicle, could find no way to take the sale tax off.
I have used TurboTax for several years now and this year is the worst I have experienced.
What's not so great: information and instructions were not clear

After many years, the worst Turbo tax program ever. Just to upset to even start telling you!
What's great about it: did get refunds file
What's not so great: to long for updates and print program would not work on files

Frustation

As in your note below, a hamster must have produced this years edition.
I have been using Turbo-Tax for 10 years and this was the most confusing and frustrating edition that I have encountered. There is no continuity to finalizing the returns.
It was a terrible experience to get the final product.
I wish to have my automatic renewal cancelled as of today.
A refund of my purchase price would be in order.

Taxes Complete!

If you don't have a complicated tax return...this is for you! Make sure you use It's Deductible during the year.....it makes it so easy
What's great about it: Walked me through the process
What's not so great: On a death IRA inheritance, it didn't give me the option to check that it was the entire IRA amount. Only asked RMD

Got to the end and wanted to pay to efile state and it will not save. Can not exit because it will not save. Please fix this error.

wanted to download an additional state and was asked for password and I was unable to locate it in my files. Followed directions and was then asked for answer to security question and was told it was incorrect. went on chat to find out what was wrong and the address furnished on chat took me to change my email address not any information on getting my security question or change it. I am very unhappy and will stop the automatic mailing of TT

Major Flaw in Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax prompted to direct deposit my refund into my bank account. It never prompted for current bank account / routing numbers. It used the account information from my last year's return which is no longer valid. My opinion is that, for such an important piece of information, it is a terribly poor oversight to not prompt for current bank information or to at least ask, "Is your bank account information the same as last year?"

Too expensive

We usually get 1 state tax included, but not this year. It is now way too expensive. I will probably not use TurboTax next year
