Pretty easy

Over all it was good but was a couple times when things were not clear and the answers were not to be found
What's great about it: Detailed
What's not so great: Sometimes had questions and could not find the answer

I love TurboTax

I just did my taxes in 20 minutes, state and local, and filed them.
I love how TurboTax walks me through every single step.
I've been using TurboTax since 1998, and other than the 2003 DRM fiasco, have been utterly happy with it. As long as Intuit is in business, they will have mine.
What's great about it: Ridiculously Easy. Carries tax information forward from previous year.
What's not so great: Not backward compatible (ie, need TT2012 to open TT2012 files)

Fantastic refund! Since I was able to claim what my parents had paid for school, plus books that I paid for, the federal return is more than 200% than what I expected without paying for that. Great job, TurboTax!
What's great about it: Education benefits even if your parents paid for school, if you were not claimed as a dependent.
What's not so great: Paying taxes for internet purchases

love turbo tax, have been filling since it came out. The easiest and fast returns. Makes filling easy just follow the prompts and you don in minutes.

Its a nice tax software product.
What's great about it: The unlimited ability to go back and try different methods. (understanding)
What's not so great: State Efile, I'd rather it be included at half the price.
