Happy to have this available to me
I was quite disappointed that i was not able to obtain my previous years tax return to be able to import my information though.

This program always gives me what I want..an accurate tax return with all the refunds that are avaialble.

Just wanted to let you know that even while I ran into some technical glitches with launching the program I am extremely happy with your product and especially for the very attentive & helpful support associates I dealt in the process of resolving my issues. What's great about it: Sraight forward and very "user" friendly
What's not so great: Had issues launching programs

Absolutely will use you from here on out. My 2014 w2's I have many more deductions and you will be invaluable.

TurboTax has a lot of options and advice and bottom line, it helps you do your taxes. There's a lot of issues and room for improvement. One problem was they couldn't do an e-file in November.
What's great about it: it helped me get my taxes done
What's not so great: there were a lot of frustrations along the way
