Six years of great fizzy water!

I've had my SodaStream Fountain Jet for at least 6 years, and I have been VERY happy with it. I love that I can have all of the fizzy water with lime that I want and contribute ZERO bottles or cans to the landfill. Now the rubber seal (where the bottle attaches) has worn out. At first, I thought it was the seal for where the CO2 cannister screws on, so I called customer service and they promptly mailed me a replacement rubber gasket (actually, they sent 2, so I'd have a spare). Excellent customer service! Today I'm ordering the SodaStream Power to replace it. :)

Great healthy way to make seltzer water. The only problem is that the part that screws onto the bottle is cheaply made making it very difficult to attach the bottle. You could have engineered this better

The only reason I gave the sodastream a "fair" rating is because of the syrup. The machine works great, but the syrup additives are awful. Overly sweet with a horrible aftertaste that is still with me when I get up in the morning. They are not the diet syrups either. Going to try some other syrup manufacturers. Will see.

I love my Soda Stream

My mom bought me the Soda Stream for my birthday in April. It's so nice to not have to go buy soda pop at the store any more. I love the cola and the rootbeer .My so loves the emergy drink. He says it tastes better the red bull.I have told everyone how great it is .Finaly I can have soda when I want it.

Just bought. Firstly use good carbonation. Second use nothing. No more Soda Stream products for me. Now I've got to repackage and return. What a pain.

3 months ago got this model and I'm about to call customer support for a second replacement. On the first unit the gas release button broke at the point where it's hinged less than 2 months into service. The second unit I got as a replacement is already leaking CO2 when you press the carbonation button, the first 2 times I press the button the gas leaks into the atmosphere not in the bottle, then it starts to go into the bottle, so basically I waste 30% of the CO2.

I received this machine free of charge because the Kuerig Kold was discontinued. I really like Soda stream and although I am very appreciative of the gift I do not care for the fact that it is manual operation, gets old fast having to pump it.
