The MFC-J6920DW is a great machine. The only negative is the the scan quality - it is OK but not up to some of the older MFC's I have used.

Received in good condition. Easy set up, with many options for connectivity. Software installed easily and seems to work well. There is a minor delay when starting a print job or scan job, 30-45 seconds. I like the dual paper trays, but note that if you use 11x17 paper, then the tray should be adjusted (read expand the tray) and the expanded tray will then stick out of the machine by about 6 inches. Still works, looks odd like a mistake. Print quality B&W is good, color just okay on copy paper, probably better on specialized paper (I haven't tried yet). I'm generally pleased.

Just bought a new 11 x 17 all in one and it is great. Practically overnight delivery and it installed in less than five minutes. Very fast and I love the quality.

So far so good

I was tired of the $79 HP junk we always buy and so i am trying to spend more and hopefully get more. We don't print a lot but wanted something that works when we need it to for both scanning printing and copying. So far so good. Was easy to set up, a lot bigger than other junkers we have bought but that is okay as long as it works. Love the easy menu on the face and fact it's adjustable for to diff positions makes it easy to always read.

takes awhile to learn new features, like putting the 81/2 x11 paper in sideways rather than normal like the legal. is a little noiser than previous model however over all a great printer for the price. have not tried the 11x17 feature but plan on doing so. oh the colors are not really vivid.has a tendency to be a little washed out.especially when printng over all good job brother. easy to read screen
