I spent too much time trying to troubleshoot problems with this all in one. Control Center was easy to use for scans, but even if I neatly placed documents in the receiver, the scans came out crooked. I was never able to use the fax successfully, even with tests to the admins in another room of the same building. I attempted to connect this printer to my computer wirelessly on numerous occasions, but gave up as it took too much time. I rarely used this all in one due to its lack of function for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great All In One-Great Price

I bought the MFC-J6920DW to replace the MFC-J6910DW that finally died after 5 years of great service. The 6920 is actually better in printing and scanning than the one it replaced. I look forward to using the new unit for many years.

WOW! What features!

I have had many printers over the years and have repaired even more. This printer has impressed me greatly, and not just for it's performance. I have used Epson and HP printers exclusively for more than thirty years. Mostly using Laser printers. The capabilities offered by an all-in-one printer caused me to go to inkjet printers and especially the Brother MFC-J6920DW! The capabilities this all-in-one has exceed that of much more expensive printers/copiers. I especially appreciate the 11x17 capacity and the two paper trays. In this day and age I needed the NFC printing from my phone and tablet.
The reason I was willing to break from buying an Epson or HP this time was my history with Brother fax machines and labelers. They have always served me well. So I am confident this purchase will be more than satisfying as those have been.

Great printer

I like this printer so much that when my first one was fried in a power surge, I replaced it with the exact same model. It was easy to set-up, and offers all of the features I required. I like the 11" X 17" print, scan and copy feature, and the auto duplex capability. Print speed is quite fast and print quality is very good.

Not good for business

Would not recommend this printer at even the discounted price. Don't waste your time or money. Manual feed doesn't print straight out of the box. Replacement printer has same problem. Then they would not support the printer anymore and said I would have to ship out the printer to a repair facility. Who would do that? Can't go without a printer for a week or two. How about just making a quality printer? Low print quality not anything you would want to give to a client. Ink mgmt says empty when cartridge has plenty of ink left. Dual tray system not smart and can't switch automatically when the other is out of paper.
Had a Brother laser printer that was great. Stay away from the ink jets.

Good Purchase overall

Love the auto document feeder, the capability of documents up to 11 x 17, the duplex ability. Not so happy about the speed of the machine. A whole lot slower than advertised. A bonus feature that we are really liking is the Creative Center.
