So far great

I am not a techie person but set up was quite easy. Read the brochure, follow the instructions and it worked. So far the printer has been great. For my office use it works just fine. You do have to play with the adjustments if you use shiny or thicker paper, but that is also quite easy to figure out. Personally I don't think it is too noisy, but it's just me in the office and my previous printer was much louder. I don't print a lot every day but I do design flyers etc. and I think the colors are just fine. I like this printer a lot.

If we could of returned it and got a refund we would of! Usually love Brothers product but this was and is a nightmare!

The product is as advertised. Was easy to setup across computers on the Lan. My previous MFC (HP) lasted for 6+ yrs. So, cannot give it 5 Stars yet.

MFC-J6902DW lacking in basics

I have purchased Brother products for the last 7 years and all models purchased have been exceptional until this one. For the first three months, it worked great then began to have problems with alignment/jogging that could not be fixed with tools on the printer. We sent in the product to exchange for a new one but they all had the same issue. The new ones sent to me also had issues with accepting printer cartridges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great for my needs

The 11 x 17 scanning/copying/printing is the main feature I chose this machine. I do more scanning than anything, and am very satisfied with how well it works. I transport this machine from jobsite to jobsite, and use it daily for all of my needs, and it serves me well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
