Great Printer!

Have been looking for a printer that can handle 11 x 17 size printing and along came this printer. So far very happy with the printer. Brother makes very good products as I have had the 2270DW for over a year and it works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am totally unhappy with this printer. I have not liked one thing about it. I figured I'd get used to it or figure it out, but to me it truly is not worth the money! Very dissatisfied. I typically like Brother products, but this one I wish I could return.

It will help better manual to understand the capabilities and use of special Apps with detailed explanation. The manual should not assume that the user has some knowledge...instead the user does not know any thing should be the theme.

Beats my Expectations

Have always purchased HP printers. This was my first venture in buying a Brothers merchandise item except for the Label Maker.
The set-up was easy, the usage of the product is easy. A little confusing when loading the print paper for the first time. Clear print and images. So far I am enjoying the usage of this product.

GREAT MACHINE

After my old printer quit I went to Sams to look for a new one. Found a HP that was on sale and bought the printer. After trying to set it up without any luck I went to HP support and spent hours trying to get it to work right! They said it might be bad and would send me a return slip, that I would have to mail it back to them. I said forget that and took it back to Sams for an exchange. brought home the new one and had the same problem (software would not load) Took it back and got a refund. Shop at Amazon found this printer bought it received it in two days, Hooked it up followings easy to use directions downloaded easy and went right to work> I also have a MFC9970 lazor printer which is 4 years old never have had any problems the machine tells me when to replace parts and how to do it. I will never buy another brand but Brother again Thanks for being a great company with hi Quality Products.

Not a winner

In the first year, I had to return not one but two copiers. While I like the features on this MFC, I have been using Brother MFC for years and never had these problems.
Both problems were electronics related. I hope Brother addresses the electronics soon, as these are fantastic machines when running correctly
