Worst printer ever

This printer start turning on an off any time, sometimes when you are printing it turns off, then it take about 3 to 5 minutes to turn on. I had 3 in less than 4 month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Most Versatile Printer

After having my original printer sent back to Brother, their replacement seems to be working just fine. I love being able to use 11 X 17 paper. So far, so good!

A clean and pleasant looking unit, great capabilities for different paper sizes.
I struggled at first with borderless letter size photo's - but turned it it was the Picasa photo software, not the printer.
It does excellent scans to my Windows 7 PC.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Out performs HP

All my life I have purchased HP printers thinking they were the best. I guess because that's all that I see when I enter a retailer. Or that's what I noticed anyway. Well I was have lots of problems with the printer I had so I was determined to find a better one, if I could. I did a littler research on the internet and read the reviews. I was really surprise to read about the Brother line of printers. Well long story short is I purchased the MFC-J6920DW Multi-Functions unit which has the expanded capabilities. Since installing the printer which was very easy. I used the CD that came with the printer and I didn't have all the features that to documentations indicated that I should have. I called the support people and they told me that CD only had the basic drivers and that I should go onluine and download the complete driver that is for that printer. I did that and now the printer performs to my exceptions. Graet printer, well worth the money. Only time will tell just how good it is..

Smart Purchase

Well pleased with my purchase of this printer. So far, so good. I feel that I have made the
right choice and this printer will help me to produce quality copies for all my needs. Not sure about the Creative Features yet, but will try these soon. I like to print my own Greeting Cards and hopefully this printer will produce a product that I will be proud of. I presently use a Kodak 5300 for this project and am pleased with the cards from that Printer. Hope the Brother does as well.

Great print. I forget to turn it off sometimes. It's always a good idea to touch the on/off switch to check. I love the double-sided features. Like the rear variable size single page feature. Love the dual tray feature and use for programs for meetings.
Great machine. No problems, no complaints.
