Incredible all-in-one printer, best I have owned.

I bought this all-in-one printer to replace a 3 year old HP all-in-one. The printerhead on the HP went bad after only 3 years and had constant paper jams. I was not sure about buying a Brother but it came highly recommended. It has exceeded my expectations. It is fast, wastes less ink and very easy to use and installing new ink cartridges is easy. I use this printer every day and just had to install a few new ink cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm really happy with my MFC-J6920. It meets all my printing and scanning needs. I particularly like the 11X17 printing and scanning capability. The print quality is great.

My sales staff loves this thing. Very user friendly. Also one of the best at cost per page with low ink cost. Never a need to search for non-oem ink. Called tech support once and got an answer in less then 5 minutes.

Easy Setup; Easy to Learn

This product has operated without a single glitch from right out of the box. It immediately recognized all the ink cartridges, found my wireless LAN, and has never had a paper jam.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The setup was pretty straightforward. Took no longer than it should have. iphones and ipads print everytime. The scanner quality was a little disappointing but probably average for an all in one with this price point. The bypass tray is frustrating at best. Sometimes it goes right in but most times it doesn't and you have to start again.This is probably my biggest complaint, but I still like the printer and would recommend it.

In my opinion, it doesn't have as crisp of a quality as some of the other printers that I've used in the past, but it's not bad either. The print quality is a direct relationship to the paper you use as well. I do like some of the other features it has though, like the 2-sided printing for both letter and tabloid/ledger sized paper. And the 2-sided scanning function is really good too! However, I have experienced some interface issues with this printer that I cannot seem to figure out. It works just fine on my computer, but on another employee's machine, the scanning function will not interface. I've contacted Brother about it, and they couldn't fix the issue either. I'm still working on it, but at this point there seems to be some type of software issue going on here, as I've read that others have experienced issues too. It may be related to another program, such as incompatibility with Flash Player. So, you may not experience interface issues, but if you do, this could be a reason.

the lprocess of updating the drivers has been painfull and unhelpfull. now i cant access the printer at all
