Now what I had hoped for

I replaced my Kodak printer with the MFC-J6920DW since the Kodak did not offer multiple paper trays. I needed a printer that could hold my envelopes as well as regular paper. Unfortunately the MFC has a firmware / hardware problem that does not allow placing the return address on the envelope in the proper position. It is indented 1 inch from the left margin. Very unprofessional looking. Numerous contacts with Brother have failed to address the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Multi-Function Unit!

We bought this multi function printer, scanner, copier & fax machine for our office. The price point was excellent compared with what the Business/Office Printing Service Companies want to sell you. It serves our need very well. The only down fall is that the printer cartridges don't last long enough and the refills are expensive no matter where you purchase them. Overall this is a really nice unit!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It seems to get a lot of paper jams and after you clear the jam the printer is hard to reset

This printer is extremely fast....the quality is very good and the ink is priced very reasonably.

This is the only printer I have seen in this range that will do all the things this one will do, and it does a great job of doing all of it's functions, I am very satisfied!!
