I am very satisfied with this machine. It does all I need it to do. My family shares the use of the printer. The only use we have trouble with is printing greeting cards. It fails to print them the way the program requires.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality, price, features

Purchased the printer a few weeks ago to handle home CADD printing as well as all other home printing needs - spreadsheets, bills, etc. Seems to work great so far. Ink capacity and price is better than other printers. Easy to set up. Only issue I had is that the install automatically installed Paper Port 12 and wiped out my Paper Port 14. Nuance (Paper Port) resolved this by allowing me to download Paper Port 14.5 which is compatible with Windows 10.

Good wide format printer for the price.

The MFC-J6920DW printer is very nice for printing wide/large format up to 11x17. I found it for a reasonable price and it was available at a local store. The printer is quite noisy, and sometimes I think it is breaking. One of the problems I have encountered so far, is trying to print a single page with multiple pictures on it. The printer seems to cut off the top and side of the pictures. If you purchase this printer, be sure to print a test page using regular printing paper before attempting to print on photo paper.

DRINKS INK LIKE WATER

My organization purchased this machine because we needed one that printed ledger size. It does that. But we have not found it to be "low cost printing." Au contraire. We are getting a couple of hundred pages per cartridge instead of a couple of thousand. Set up and use were easy. Print quality is acceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the product and the features. The messages sometimes are not clear to me. EX; When out of paper.
Also, it is not the fastest printer in the world but I am getting use to it.

Great large format printer for home use

I purchased a large format (11" X 17") printer to support the volunteer work I do with the Boy Scouts and the United States Power Squadrons. The printer was easy to set up and has worked well in the couple months that I have been using it. It allows me to scan in large documents such as our local lake map to use in our boating events and to make larger posters for scouting activities. Have never owned a Brother printer before, and was not sure of their quality but when my small format printer needs replacing, I will certainly consider buying a Brother.
