Must reset constantly

Although the printer gives us clear copies, we must reset it more than once throughout the day. Usually we unplug the printer and turning it on and off will not reset it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great multifunction printer

My wife and I both use this printer for our businesses. Printout speed is fast and changing ink cartridges is easy. I have owned this model printer for 5 years, replacing it one time during this period.
I would recommend this to a friend!

lot of problems

Two sided printing useless as it prints one side upside down. Says there are paperjams when there are not. Does not allways print inside the page size, regular 8 by 12 but outside the parimiters of paper size chosen. Rear single paper slot prints off the paper size chosen. I do a lot of graphics with publisher creating cd covers etc. Never prints proper size. Only good thing is quality of colors is good. Will be forced to get another printer for my needs. Very dissatisfied as it was expensive compared to the HP pro I used to use, which was much better and less expensive.

Loaded with features that we wanted

The printer works great, was easy to set up, however when making 11"x17" copies you have to make changes to a couple of things, not as easy as choose your paper size, I would have thought it would recognize the paper border and choose the correct paper size.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor self-feeder
