IT LOOKS BEATIFUL SITTING IN MY KITCHEN. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE COOLING DRAWER. i PUT MY STEAKS IN THERE AND LET THEM AGE ABOUT A WEEK THEN COOK THEM. EASY TO FIND FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR PART. LIKE THE EXTRA TRAY IN FREEZER..NEVER HAD A BOTTOM FREEZER BEFORE. LOVE IT
Pros: Bright display, Durable, great quality, lots of room
Cons: did not come with instructions about the aps

Great Refrigerator

I really like this fridge. It is nice having the flex drawer so you can keep different things in it at different temperatures. I also like the calendar function. It helps me know when I get up what I need to do for the day. I just wish that Samsung would give the capability to be able to print so you can print your grocery list. You could also then print out the recipes instead of having to look at the fridge for it. Overall though it is a great fridge and have been looking at getting this one for a while and glad that I got it.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: can't print

This fridge has alot of bells and whistles..I really enjoy the touchscreen. The fridge is wider than your normal side by side..my only pet peeve about this fridge is when I ask for cubed ice it will give me crushed and will continue to do so for days on end...as expensive as this fridge is...I would enjoy for all of it to work.

Great capacity, but definitely a noisy icemaker

Overall, we really enjoy our refrigerator. Nice design and features. Huge freezer that functions very nicely. Couple of odd things; the middle drawer seems to get stuck when pulling it out and it does not want to extend out all the way. The light for the water/ice dispenser comes on most of the time when in use, but other times it does not. Not sure why. For those who said that the ice maker was loud, I was skeptical, but now that i have experienced it, it is mega loud. We can be sitting in the adjancent room watching TV and we can hear the ice maker dropping ice. Oddly loud and sometimes annoying.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, excellent storage in freezer
Cons: noisy icemaker

I have been using it for only a few months but I noticed right away the amount of room it has. Viewing it in-store or just reading the specs are not enough. The LCD screen has quite a few options and connects easily to the WiFi. The freezer is huge and the tray comes in handy for the kids to be able to reach their snacks. Absolutely love it. Pricey but worth it.

Cons: view fridge status via app on smartphone.

We like the frig and it has great features.
We have had a problem with the temp on the screen not matching the inside of the fridge.
We have to keep it set colder to keep the food safe.
Not really happy about that, but we do love the 4 doors.
And the screen with all the apps.
There should be a way to calibration the temp settings with the real temp.
Also it is a little noisy.

I love this refrigerator! The design added a freshness to my kitchen that I love! It brightens up the room and the apps are the envy of my friends. Speaking of apps, though- I don't really like the Pandora radio. I think iheart radio would have been a better choice. Also, the photo gallery pictures would have been better if the actual photos were larger. Overall, though, I love it!
