15 feet from wi fi or NO INTERNET to the display

We have our home office down the hall from the kitchen and the display looses connection as soon as we connect it up. I called Samsung only to find out it has to be 15 feet or less from your wi fi router of No internet. Our phones and Pads all work all over the house connecting to this Wi Fi. The display on the refrigerator is too weak to connect.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Fridge!

We bought this Fridge because we wanted a 4 door. The slide out drawer is great for keeping beverages cold and handy as well being convertible to keep deli platters handy for the holidays. The divider in the drawer is useless because it does not lock into place, but no big deal. This fridge will quickly cool down after a large refill. The LCD screen is still pretty neat. We used the Pandora App during the holiday to play Christmas music while we entertained. The Wi-fi is tough to get set up at first.You must do the update as soon as possible because it fixes any connectivity issues. The Gmail calendar is great to use for keeping the family events up to date. The only drawback to this product is the ridiculously loud ice maker. We do not use much ice at all, but the dropping of the cubes after being made is way too loud. It will startle if you are watching a movie at night. This should definitely be address by Samsung. Overall, I will still highly recommend!

Nice, but missing something.

We really like this. The setup overall is well planned and thought out. The touchscreen control panel is nice and we look forward to really enjoying the features, which are perfect for this household. However, it really needs one missing feature, which should be implemented in the next model: the ability to either send the Pandora sound out via a speaker jack on top of the refrigerator (with an electric jack for a playback device) or... add Bluetooth or DLNA playback to transmit to another device. Give it that feature in the next model!!!

Great refrigerator, so far

We've only had this refrigerator a few days. I really like many of the features about it. I mean, if you buy an appliance priced like this, you are likely buying it for the bells and whistles, right?
The interior is roomy with plenty of adjustability of the shelves and compartments in both the refrigerator and freezer. Love the LED lighting! The FlexZone drawer is a drinks, deli meats, cheeses or other common snack items thus reducing the need to open the French doors. This appliance had lots of creative thought that went into the design.
The LCD touch display with applications is nice but could be better. If you are going to have streaming music from Pandora, why does it have to stop when you switch to another application. Should you have to stop listening to the music in order to view a recipe or post a tweet? The Grocery Manager app is kinda nifty with the drag and drop feature, but it would be even better if the items could be sent to a website where you could edit and print the list, or even better develop an app for common smartphone devices to access while you are in the grocery store. Wouldn't that be convenient? Right now, you have to transpose the grocery items manually.
How about the ability to stream Netflix or Hulu?
If the engineers can fix some of these software shortcomings fixed, this appliance will be perfect.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, gorgeous design, spacious interior, very bright led lighting
Cons: lcd software needs some fixes/improvements.

I LOVE the design and concept of this fridge... but I have had A LOAD of repairs made on it already (and it's still not working right).
