Everything is great but the porcelain grates. They are removable but not that easy to clean.

How are you normally cleaning your grill? We recommend a nylon brush and warm soapy water or biodegradable grill cleaner. Seasoning the grates with canola oil will also help to keep food from sticking and prevent rust. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

It is a piece of Junk! The lid wobbles, the whole grille is not tight, the grate is to thin, (it warps)

mine was bought last fall i dont think mine was put together very well cause all the braces have fell apart

received as fathers day gift in 2013...LOVE IT! except for one thing...the grill plates should be made of cast iron...the standard metal plates become fatigued over time and cast iron is more weight, but last longer...I don't over heat my grill, I just use it a lot...
