Awesome Tablet!

I bought this tablet for my wife for Christmas, and it was love at first sight for her. It's the perfect size, and its features are second to none. Even though it's technically my wife's tablet, I end up borrowing it all the time. So we both love it. Great value and great tablet!

Lenovo Yoga 8 Tablet

I am very pleased with this tablet. Battery power is really great. Unlike my other tablets which need to be recharged after using for just a short time, this Yoga 8 tablet keeps going and going.
I especially like the kick stand. The only negative thing I have to say is the location of the back camera, and sometimes it is easy to block the lens while holding the tablet; but it is just matter of getting used to and is not a big problem.
Sound quality is also very clear!

When I first opened it and saw the rounded side I wasn't sure if I was going to like that feature or not. I LOVE it. It makes it so much easier to hold and use than my husband's iPad. My only complaint (and I haven't figured out if this is a Lenovo issue or the application) is sometimes I have to press a number of times to get it to accept what I'm trying to do. Other than that, I have used it every evening since I took it out of the box!

I loved it at first, then things started to fail

At first I thought it was the best tablet I've ever bought. Then things started to fail. The wifi continuously drops, and when you hold it, there is something going on that makes the screen get weird on the hinge side. It does not hod a charge as long as it used to. So overall my opinion on this tablet has changed from thinking it was great, to feeling angry that I paid so much for a tablet that is starting to fail after less than a year. I would NOT suggest anyone buy this tablet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Solid Winner in Everything that Counts!

It was the simple beauty of the Yoga tablet I saw in the promo emails from Lenovo that first attracted me to it. Then I saw the amazing 18 hour battery life! WOW! But I've bought enough hi-tech items to know that a truly high-quality product needs more than a long-lasting battery in a pretty container. So I began checking ALL the things that really counted for me: Smooth, fast operation? Yes! High quality screen? Yes! A good price? Yes! Able to "keep up" through upgrades? Yes! In the 6 months I've owned my Yoga table it has proven even better than I had expected in everything that counts to me. I LOVE it! (And I think it loves me back!)
