When I bought this Yoga tablet I was not aware that it would have very few features--no voice features, many apps that I use are not downloadable to this tablet; i.e., WhatsApp, apps that are available to download and make phone calls, and others. I guess I should not have relied on the nice video with Ashton Kucher instead of doing more research on my own before ordering.

Great tablet for home or travel

I have owned this tablet for over a year and this is one of the most easy to read, handle, and affordable tablet I have used. I have had several tablets from different manufacturers and this one suited my needs the best. It is very easy to hold and the screen is very bright and easy to read, is very fast and the battery life is excellent.. I have had no problems with this tablet. Lenovo did not let me down on this yoga 8.

Best Tablet I've ever had!!!

I own a couple of tables and there battery life did not last as long as the Lenovo Yoga 8". By far this is the best, if I had the money I would purchase more and recommend it to friends and family. Keep up the work Lenovo and thank you for this great product! The built in kick stand is great very convenient especially when you do not have the money to buy a case with a kick stand. The two front facing speakers are amazing I'm a big netflix person and these speakers make it sound as if your in a Theater. The side bar seems funky at first but it gives the tablet character, that bar gives the tablet many styles. You can hold it, take out the kick stand, and lay it on a surface which it will give you an angel for better viewing. No other table will give you this plus the Lenovo Yoga has great battery performance no need to charge it every night. I love my Lenovo Yoga 8" tablet!!

Great Tablet

This 8" Tablet is great. It is small enough to take every where but the screen is plenty large and the resolution is wonderful. I love the design such that it is easy to hold onto and you don't need a separate stand for it.

Everything about it is good, but the sound quality is abysmal. Can't listen to podcasts, music, etc., because of continuous stutter. With average sound, I'd probably love it.

I bought this for my wife who is not all that tech savvy and she loves it. We find ourselves using this more than our laptops for ease of use and quick performance.

Lenovo Yoga 8 Review

I bought the Lenovo Yoga 8 as a cheap buy from Argos. I wanted a tablet with great storage space and a long battery life and for the money on this aspect Levono Yoga 8 delivered.
Whilst the the great battery life and lots of space for apps with SD storage expansion. The Yoga 8 user experience is not as vanilla as all android experiences go. The interface has made the android user experience difficult with the Lenovo Launcher 'Applying a desired wallpaper is a task with no autoresizing, a bloated oversized wallpaper is the result.' Maybe sticking with the App Drawer would have made app moving less difficult task.
As for user experiences go, the performance of this little tablet does well after it's kitkat update.
The initial design of the device is great however if you invest please note that this tablets screen is not scratch resistant, so invest in a screen protector as the screen is easily prone to scratches.
I would recommend this to a friend!
