POOR PHONE FOR THE NAME

First one I purchased lasted 4 days went dark and returned to place I purchased. I got same as I guessed it was just a bad one in the bunch so to speak. It goes dark sometimes, but it does come back. It is very slow and requires tapping or swiping numerous times to get what I need. I own several Samsung products and was the reason for the phone purchase. I guess the Prevail LTE is just not up to your higher end products. I will have to live with it for now as the budget is to tight for a upgrade
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
