Needs a lot of setup, spend the time to adjust all settings.

My second prevail. First was stolen and all info, contacts, photos went with it! Need to setup google and samsung accounts, register phone, sync everything, enable location services, try testing out findmymobile, configure all settings, ensure backups are working, additional security software is reccomended!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: lengthy setup inadiquit instructions

I love how everything is set up on my phone, the camera is awesome and I get apps on this phone that I couldn't on my other phone.

Must restart daily.Screen/keyboard/phone freezes .
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, battery crashes, weak internet signal with boost, weak phone reception with boost, needs restart daily sometimes more than once

I just switched from iOS to Android and wanted a modest priced phone to see if the transition would work for me. For the most part the phone does what it is suppose to do. What I do find annoying is that I need to power it down every couple days to help it to perform the minimum tasks that utilize.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Lightweight, looks good.
Cons: poor reception

I had this phonev for 3 weeks. VerrVery disappointed. Cannot toggle between screens. Slow. Felt like 201 model, not 2015. Replaced with Galaxy Grand Prime. Ahhhh..
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I have only had the phone for a few days but i do love how easy all the instructions are for me to understand how to use features. I love the features that have all the apps. Already put together for the user. I have learned more about all the functions and uses for devices in these three days then in two years with my previous phone. Thank you.

My Samsung Galaxy Prevail! !!!!.....

I have a Samsung galaxy prevail . Everything about this phone is not so great . I have problem after problem with it .i love my phone but at the same time i hate it . The features in the phone are great . From the texting and keyboard to the camera . The camera take very bright and clear photos . The texting is great . I love the swiping action its so much faster and easy once you get the hang of it . I think the phone itself is awesome . But i have so many problems with it . The internet is always cutting in and out . The phone is super super slow . No matter how many times i clean it out and delete things it never helps . I also have issues with the google play store . Im not able to download anything nothing . I can not find out why . But my phone will not allow me to download or update anything . Any download or program that came with the phone like the mobile facebook app i cant use cause the phone is not downloaded anything at all . the phone also freezes all the time . And i end up haveing to take the battery out to get it to shut down . My battery life is no good . Plus no matter how many new chargers i buy none of them ever work for very long . An i also have to wiggle the cord around to get it to charge sometimes for it to wrong . But the phones look is great wish it was black instead of white but i still love it . Even though i have had and am still having so many problems with my phone i still very very much love it .
