The phone is very appealing with a sleek professional design on the outside, however the inside was not so much. It lacked speed and had very poor signal strength in the exact location the my previous phone had full signal at. I needed the phone for work purposes and after one week of using it I had missed calls and text messages so I had to return the phone and turn my old one back on.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love samsung products, but for some reason this phone seems to be very cheaply done. Speed of phone is extremly slow to navigate web sites, apps, even to make a call, constant freezes while in a middle of a doing something.
Text and talk is really hard since is so slow, u rather hung up the call wait few minutes for message to load.

I love the samsung prevail Lte but when they said it was supposed to be 4Glte i thought thats what i waz getting , instead i got 3G that cuts on and off when it wants to. The camer and features are amazing but thats the only flaw with this phone.

Sorry but this phone has problems.....

I wanted to like this phone as it was a Samsung product,but I have ran into way to many issues.The battery life is terrible.I went from 100% to 75% this morning just going to the car with 15 minutes of use.The case is very thin and flimsy.It constantly stops reading my sd card information,looses signal constantly,and the built in specific apps I have had to stop on many occasions as being severely invasive and resource consuming......went from a volt to this monstrosity but will not change again due to the cost of the phone......blehhhhh...oh and forgot the constant freezing and lag for a quadcore processor.....again blehhhhh

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, poor support of sd card, slaggy to frozen processor speed, extremely low battery life
