Battery isn't holding up.

Got the phone for my 10 yo daughter. The phone itself has been good with the exception of the battery. It is now shutting down at 30%. Gonna contact Samsung to see what we can do.

At first glance loved the cell phone. After purchase noticed many flaws such as:
Low battery life,
Phone becomes very hot after a few minutes of use of which I shut off the cell phone and remove the battery so it can cool off.
freezes up the majority of the time.

For the price the quality and features are excellent the screen makes it a bonus excellent for the price
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Inexpensive, Built-in speakers, quick display features
Cons: Not high def, security for viruses, needs more protection
