This phone is very fragile

These phones break easy it is as if u are making them cheaper. But hopefully for my loyalty it will pay off.

Neither with the phone or provider. ICK. On5 is a much better value.

This products is amazing! It has the most wonderful features including Hotspot. The storage doesn't waste away as much and its just amazing!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Built-in speakers

My First "smarter than me phone"

I resisted for years but finally took the plunge. Very frustrating learning how to use. The most simple thing that EVERYONE knows took me two weeks to figure out how to answer a call. Somebody could have told me to swipe instead of push! So after a few months of having children show me how to do things I am finding it to be kind of fun but still frustrating when stuff just pops up that I don't want to pop up. I find it especially irritating to be badgered to turn off the hot spot while I am using it. Not Nice!! It is expanding my world and I am sure I will continue to learn and maybe in a year or two I will have it down. Great value for a first smartphone.
Pros: Inexpensive

Worst phone ever

I am forever having to shut it down because it is always locking up. Last week I had to delete one of my email addresses and re-install because it kept telling me it couldn't authenticate! Then it did it again today with my main email. Now I can't even reinstall because setup cannot finish because it can't authenticate. I cannot depend on this phone. It is such a piece of garbage!!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

Great phone for the price

I got this as a replacement through insurance. My first galaxy had a cracked screen. I do not recommend downloading the McAfee antivirus that Boost offers. The program is too large for this phone, it slows down and crashes a lot. Go to Google play and get a free antivirus they work just fine.
