I have used this for about a month now. I've used the timer setting, the "reheat", and the "cook" settings. I was very impressed that the "reheat" feature truly does just that.
I guess it helps that you read the instruction manual to see exactly what each feature should be used for. ha-ha.
The rapid or instant buttons work perfectly and are convenient.
This item was more than what I planned to spend as well as a little bigger, but I do not regret the purchase at all.

The unit has many auto functions, which makes it user friendly. I would recommend changing the color of the display, as it has the looks of the old fashion LCD clock display (from the 1970' - 1980s). But overall an excellent product.

the only problem we had was the manual was not correct on how to use the power feature,we problably sent a good one back because of the manual error,had to call cutomer service when we received the second one ,and they told me how the power feature works,and now it works great good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is an excellent microwave. The features are great and easy to use. It looks beautiful. I've never had one heat so evenly and so well. Excellent value too.
