[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought in October of 2014 and was very happy until today, November 2016. Melting some Cheese in a bowl and the thing crapped out, unit dead, no error codes, no nothing. Now I get to buy a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor materials - plastic vent cover broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this unit for 5 years. Vent hood cover cracked and then entire face fell off onto stove. Very poor quality. Also have the matching double oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Stove self-clean never cleans (even if run 3 times for 4 hrs each) and dishwasher is very noisy.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
