I have very good success with LG products. I now own a 65" 3D tv, washer, dryer, stove, microvave and refrigerator. Need I say more?
The just do what they say and do it exactly as expected. I also follow the recommend products in CU reports.

This microwave is just what we wanted. It has 1100 watts, an easy to clean interior and lots of features. The exhaust fan is great. Very happy with the product.

Extenda-Vent Melted!

When we bought this over-the-range microwave, we thought that the Extenda-vent was made of metal, Not so! It is plastic! Our microwave is mounted above an LG gas range. Since we installed it 8 months ago, the Extenda-Vent has melted and warped due to heat from the range. How could the design engineers miss this most important and obvious issue? Plastic melts with heat. Heat is produce by a range. It appears the handle, which looks like metal, is also plastic. There is no warning in the manual about the microwave being subject to melting. Very disappointing!

We have had many microwaves both over the oven and countertop. This is absolutely the best we've ever had. It's actually FUN to use. And the extended vent provides the right amount of extra ventilation. Great product!

Works great. The extend-a-vent is a great feature. Its not loud like some. The only thing is the door sags a little but not that noticeable. Overall great value for the price.

Love LG and their products. This over the Range microwave does not disappoint. Quiet and powerful. Love the pull out rent to as well.Complete difference from my older microwave. Would definitely recommend.
