Serviced Several Times in a Year

I have had this product for 1 year and it malfunctioned the very first use. It was repaired, then repaired again. The third time that a technician looked at it he said that It just wasn't going to get any better.The air suction had worked fine until it was serviced and now it is terrible. Guess I have to just live with it.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used many microwaves since the 80s but this is one of the best. It is very sturdy and warms and cooks food in no time. I love the turbo fan.

Poor quality control

We had to have a replacement product without the pop-out exhaust because two other ovens brought out were defective. The pop-out was not aligned on either of them when they came out of the box.
We then ordered the same oven, but without the pop-out exhaust. Your Quality Control leaves something to be desired.
Our new model number is:LMV1813ST/02

Very happy with the microwave. Shopped many places before I settled for this one. I like the extended vent, that was a big selling point to this microwave for me. Very quiet! Easy to use. Looks great. I would recommend this microwave.

We have owned this for 3 months now and i am very pleased with it. The microwave was very easy to install. The feature i like the best is the fan that extends out so you can vent the pans on the front of the stove.I would highly recommend this product because it is superior to other like microwaves.

My husband and I are very happy with this microwave. It's very quiet and has all the features we need. We're not big fans of the appearance of the "Extenda Vent" but we have found it useful. Overall, we're very pleased with this microwave!
