In our new home and we couldn't be more pleased. Good looking and simple to use, the new digital controls are terrific and easy to use.

Installed on Friday and on Saturday doesn't work

This product was installed on a Friday, I used it a couple of times that day but by Saturday morning it was not working any more. Scheduled a service call. Second microwave oven that just stop working from GE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought as part of appliance upgrade to remodeled kitchen. Works really well over the new cooktop. We did have a problem getting the trim to fill in the sides of it but eventually it came in and was installed

Very Smart Microwave

If you're expecting to just punch in the cook time, this microwave is not for you. If you want your microwave to tell you how long to cook or defrost food, then this microwave is for you. This microwave is a good introduction to the age of smart appliances.

I had to buy it because i have a GE Profile Series in the kitchen and wanted to match the look....sadly this is the 3rd GE Microwave I have had to purchase

Powerful and efficient

The best feature that I use most is reheat plate of food in Cooking Menu. I also like the option for melting butter and caramel. This is a fun microwave.
