We like everything about it except the control buttons are too small. They are hard to read and easily missed if you have large fingers. Otherwise I would rate it a 5 star

We had the Monogram microwaves before but they just didn't last as long so we got the Profile instead and we are very satisfied.

Has tons of space in height and depth for cooking larger dishes. Has lots of cool and convenient settings, super easy to use and looks very nice.

I love the features on this. You can just select one of several options and it does the thinking for you. No thinking, which is great for me, because I don't have time to think about heating up food!
